Missing all user friendly goodies from the previous TiVo system. It does not stream from service electric. It takes you to Hulu, peacock, and other pay services. Why pay for cable/streaming if your just directed to other pay services. 280.00 per month so they can tell you they are not a cable service anymore. What is the vision of this group. Everyone you talk to doesn’t even use the service,

Truly missing the old TiVo app

Just switched from TiVo to TiVo Evolution. Really like some things but missing a lot from the way TiVo was setup. New system seems ‘clunky’ compared to the other. The Guide for starters, used to be when you chose a program, the info about that show would be displayed on the top left of the screen. That would include the season, the episode number, a brief overview of the show and the year it was from. And the top right of the screen would show the program you are watching. All this while the Guide is still displayed. This new Guide is missing all of that. Also, the SE Stream app is really missing the mark too. Absolutely loved the SE Next powered by TiVo app that you offered with TiVo. It got a bad wrap in the App Store but I don’t know why. I did write a very positive review and rated it 5 stars as often as I could but it never seemed to update. Anyway, I could check on my phone what was scheduled to record each day of the week and add or cancel anytime. And the Guide was great too, there was a feature on top that allowed you to choose a different day and any time of day you wanted to check what was on plus set it to record if you wanted. I never really reach out about things like this but this is really important and I apologize for this being so lengthy. I’m truly hoping this was just a starting point and maybe you will be incorporating some of these features in the near future. Appreciate your time. Thank you.
