Before last update, I paid to have my game ad-free. After just a couple days of playing, the game became so incredibly hard. There absolutely is not time to beat the level I’m on. I have encountered hard levels before, but eventually after 4, 5, or 6 tries, I could get through it. Now it is impossible. They simply do NOT give enough time to collect all the required pieces. The only solution would be to buy points to get by it, and I spent enough just to get rid of the insulting ads. Too bad. As soon as I did that, I think they expected that I would just keep paying more to keep playing. WRONG!!! This game is history!

This app is very expensive. I spent way too much money on it. When you win multiple puzzles in a row, you get bonuses. If you pause the game, it often counts you as quitting. That removes all the bonuses you have earned and cost you money to get back to where you were. Customer Service did not offer to compensate or fix many times so I will not be using this game anymore. there are so many more games out there that have good customer service and this app is super expensive to play. Impossible to win and in app purchases don’t give you much so they accumulate quickly. Also, there are so many fees that you pay way more than they say on the app.
