I liked original map better. The blue grass is frustrating, making you click buttons to select zones vs opening map and clicking a section, and the different settings aren’t clear in some cases. Needs some refinement from an end user perspective.

Robot works amazing well. App, less so

While the app is sufficient to get the robot setup it needs usability improvements. Please note that this review is JUST for the app, the robot itself has wowed me with how well it works at mowing my lawn. Manual control of the robot, for both mapping and manual cutting, is extremely sensitive making it hard to position the robot exactly where I want it to go. This has forced me to use a traditional lawn mower to mow the edges of my landscaping beds to avoid the robot getting stuck. Despite having notifications enabled in the app, at no point has it ever notified me when there is a problem. If the robot gets stuck or has another rare problem, I have to manually open the app to see that anything has happened. This means that I’m in the app several times a day while mowing to make sure the robot is working correctly. Lastly there are parts of the app that need English language translation improvements and a small number of places where the text is only in Chinese.

Works with no problems. Updates work well.

I have had nothing but problems with this thing They keep telling me there’s not many problems But they keep putting new versions of the app on about every third day Tells me many people are having problems with these robotic mowers from Sunseeker
