This app literally has everything you need to help you reach any fitness goals you have for yourself. You just have to follow the workout and meal plans and put in the work consistently, and watch the endless results come in. Coach Zay is the best fitness coach you can find, he’s not going to allow you to cheat the process because he doesn’t, he commands the best out of you, day in and day out, and that’s why I’ve been locked in with his programs since the turkey shred challenge last November.
