This application help you start your running adventure.
How? Very easy!
Just press the start button and you will see on the Watch what interval you should do and you will be notified by vibration when the interval is changed.
Training is very simple.
For start you can use 30s run and 90s walk intervals.
In next level is 60s run and 60s walk intervals.
The last level is 90s run and 30s walk intervals.
Training time, burned calories and distance will register on your iOS health app.
The training lasts 20 minutes, but you can end it at any time by pressing the stop button.
