About BeeWise FM
Bee wise FM® Workplace Services mobile app based on IBM TRIRIGA. This application provides the possibility that mobile users will be able to request a service in the easiest way. Furthermore the user-friendly UI helps lead the flow of the service request. Moreover the application can be used to track the current status of service requests.
Service Request in 7 easy steps:
1. Log In -Users could log in with their dedicated account.
2. Who is this request for? - Add who is requesting the service. You need the help, or somebody else.
3. Where is the problem? - Add where the problem is, which building, floor and room. Visualization helps choose which room is concerned in the map.
4. What best describes the problem? - Choose a problem category and define a problem type. The predefined list helps describe what kind of service you need for.
5. Give an informative description about the problem.
6. Take a picture and attach your service request and if you have some more information, write it in the comments section.
7. Press the Submit button!
Finally: Track your submitted service requests!
