Excellent for PCOS
I am loving this app. I started using it while reading The Low Insulin Lifestyle book by Dr. Ali. The app has so much more great information. It is so helpful to always have handy when checking foods. There are informative videos and articles. I’m loving it. I’m at the beginning of a low insulin lifestyle journey but I’ve already lost 5 pounds in less than a week. Overall, I highly recommend!! In the tracking section, I’d love a place to track daily energy levels. I noticed the more I follow the low insulin lifestyle the more energy I have! I’d love to track that along with moods and weight.
