Helpful for up-to-date FDA recall information
If you’re looking for a free app that sends you push notifications when there’s a new recall notice from the FDA, this app does the job. It also links to the full release, so you can get all of the available information. I signed up for emails from the FDA website, and this app sends me the information sometimes days before it arrives in my email. Some of the other parts of the app lead to broken pages, so it could use some updates. However, if, like me, all you care is that you’re getting the recall information in a timely manner, this app is perfect.

Helpful for allergies
I have peanut allergies so this app has been helpful to know when products are recalled immediately versus hearing about it on the news a week later
