Great app but needs more point earning options
Love this app! It’s a fun and easy way to recognize your coworkers and add positivity in a stressful environment. My only complaint is I think it needs more ways to earn points to reveal sparks sent to you. Once all of your coworkers have joined you can’t keep inviting them for a boost in points so your sparks build up and remain anonymous.

Ridiculous app
When are hospitals going to stop treating nurses like children? This app is stupid, and I sit here wondering how much money my hospital wasted on this thing instead of increasing staffing or giving us a raise. Not only that, we don’t trust anything that management asks us to download to our personal phones, I’m not going to download it and neither are most of my coworkers. What an insult to our intelligence.
