We all need to continually improve our habits. Not all habits are equal. Some habits are supporting values that are critical to our lives, and other habits are supporting less important values. We start with what you value, and then allow you to define the behaviors that align with each value. The "big 3" values are the ones that hold up the rest of your life. For me, that is Physical Health, Mental Health, and Financial Health. If I do not get those right, all the other "blocks" on my hierarchy of values are at risk of collapse. You get to define what matters most to you, and align and track your daily actions toward those values.
