With our Enode One+ subscription, you can choose additional training goals, such as muscle growth or building strength. Adjust the focus on individual muscle groups yourself and customise your daily training. Always keep track of your weekly volume and strain per muscle group as well as your personal records.
If you choose Enode One+, you pay the price set for your country and displayed in the app. The subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The current subscription period of in-app subscriptions cannot be cancelled. You can disable the automatic renewal feature at any time in the account settings.
