Worst customer service
My order was supposed to come December 6th. It said it was delivered December 9th at my parcel locker(mind you I had put the right address for my order). I check my route app and they delivered it to an address 6 minutes away from mine that has nothing to do with mine. I talk to Five customer service and they tell me to talk to the shipping carrier. I talk to the shipping carrier and they make me make a case id and wait 2-3 business days. By the third day they closed the case and said it would arrive by the end of that day. IT DID NOT. I call customer service for the 4th time and they blab on about thank you for your patience and the rest(they couldn’t�� give a car in the world). They make another case if and tell me to wait another 2-3 days. I wait. Then on the third day they close the case and tell me the person who delivers packages was made sure to look for my package and would deliver it my the end of the day if they found it and if not to make an online claim. It never arrived. I try to make an online claim and I start almost finishing and towards the end they decide to tell me my order doesn’t have insurance so I’m stuck with no one helping me and when I get help they just make me wait another 2-3 days business days. I contact 5 and tell them all this and they don’t help at all and their customer service is so trash and only works on weekdays and they just took my money and I want someone to acknowledge me and atleast get me a reship that’s fast and not make me wait 3 weeks like this but oh well.
