Telebu SocialConnect (Telebu SC) is a multi-channel customer support application helping customer care executives to connect and resolve customer queries. Its Hybrid Agent Assist is powered with a dynamic & automated handoff feature that enables agents to intervene in the chat during critical issues or based on customer preference.

The application is powered with following features:

- Accepting an incoming chat
- Sending/Receiving text, audio, video, document messages to/from multiple channels.
- Inviting other live agents to a chat
- Transferring chats to other agents
