Does not work
It added the robot just fine, and upgraded it, but when the robot is on this app still shows it as “offline.” Oh and this robot is the first to ever flip upside down in the pool.

Great tech and a clean pool
The app does work as advertised. I think some people expect it to communicate with the bot while the bot is underwater. Bro, no. Nothing can do that. I was impressed too that when the bot had a glitch I was able to call them and they connected to my machine and could see exactly what was wrong. Pretty cool. Finally for the bot itself, we were without it for three weeks or so, and our pool turned green and was full of leaves and acorns. And after a repair and just two sessions, it's crystal blue and all cleaned up. That shows what a huge difference it was making all along.
