Personnel Affairs Officers: -

they can work out the procedures for leaves, advances and resignations, in addition to entering excuses for non-working hours for employees.
It is also possible to make approvals for requests and procedures received by the employee according to the order of his approval in the approvals system in force in the main system of the company.

Administrators and supervisors:

they can follow up the business through important reports and statistics on employment (nationalities, Saudization rates, and salaries), in addition to the distribution of Saudization and salaries to departments or cost centers in the company.

Employee self-service:

The employee can view his job file and his historical procedures - in addition to making requests
Vacations - advances - resignations - excuses for not working.
