About Indigometrics
Indigometrics operates a pulse peer to peer feedback platform designed to be used in the workplace. The platform has been developed in web application form over the past 5 years and over 8 million feedback items. Usage on mobile devices has now increased to the extent that a dedicated mobile application is required.
Indigometrics operates a business-to-business model. Companies that are interested in providing their employees with feedback and opportunities to grow their “soft skills” contract with Indigometrics and then the application is made available to employees.
Peer to peer feedback is generated for each employee around a set of configurable “soft skills” or “workplace behaviors. Anti bias algorithms are used to chose which employee will give feedback against other employees and the feedback questions to be asked. The platform operates in weekly pulse feedback with different questions being asked of different employees each week. This allows the quality of each employee’s soft skills to be consistently calculated and updated.
Each employee receives feedback around their current level of soft skills in the combined opinion of their peers. This feedback is delivered in the form of a spider chart and various feedback “score” breakdowns.
Each employee is also linked with upskilling opportunities in the form of short form videos which are algorithmically linked to the employee’s upskilling needs. An AI coach is also provided to help employees use their feedback to build their skills.
