Terribile con allergie
Ho segnalato la mia allergia a un ristorante tramite l'app, ma poi non è comparsa sulla ricevuta digitale. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti, solo per sentirmi dire che il cibo sarebbe stato preparato con l'allergia, e ci è voluto così tanto tempo che avevano già accettato la consegna e non mi avrebbero rimborsato. Quindi mi sono ritrovato senza cibo, con il conto e solo con una rabbia profonda nei confronti di questa app. Non fidatevi.
