ServisONE Technician

Servis.ONE Technician is an app for a field engineer who is part of a comprehensive field service management system. It helps service tickets that are assigned to the Technician. The respective Technician can then contact the customer and schedule appointments. The tickets are closed once the service is completed through an OTP-based mechanism.
