Reflecting is a really important way for us to improve ourselves. However, finding the right timing to do so can be a challenge. That is where this app comes into play. Take a photo of the most important moment of the day, then revisit it a week later to reflect on it. If you would like to share your reflections with others, add a frame to the photo and post it on social media.

Instructions:
1. Take a photo once per day
2. Come back after 7 days and you will be able to view the photo
3. Add a frame to the photo and share it on social media
