Grapes-App is a mobile app for mental health and wellness; a pocket-size version of the daily practice of GRAPES©, a tool from evidence-based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
With this app, each day you'll choose a simple activity from each of the different categories. GRAPES© is great for anyone, but particularly can help with those who experience anxiety and depression. It can help you to feel more balanced, improve your mood and aid in tracking your progress and growth over time. Keep it saved for you to share with your therapist, coach, or another mental health professional.
You keep track every day of your planned activities and can optionally share an activity you particularly enjoyed with other users. You can also see what others have done and get ideas for your own GRAPES© practice in the Global Feed.
How to use this app:
Generally, it is recommended that you plan each category first thing in the morning. You can commit your GRAPES to your therapist, a trusted friend or family member, which will help you follow through on your commitment.
