Laughably Bad
I mean…I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. This is on par for ACEP. 2 stars because the app does work. But it’s a disaster. Walk away from the app for a few minutes? You lose your place in a quiz. That’s okay, I’ll just click back through to get back to it. Oops, nope. I got a dead page. Time to manually back ALL the way out and start over. Then it works (+/- another sign-in.) Want to just make a quiz from unanswered questions? No. That’s not an option. You can go through and select all 55 categories and then pick unanswered questions from that. That mostly (but not entirely, for some unfathomable reason) eliminates questions that have already been answered. EKGs, pictures, etc? Oh. It comes in a little window on my tiny phone screen. That’s okay, I’ll just zoom. Oh. Zoom keeps the window the same size and makes whatever is still visible through the window even bigger. Okay…so maybe I just need to scroll to the sides of the window to see the rest of the image? Nope. Can’t scroll all the way to the edges. Completely unusable. Offline quizzes? lol, no I mean…it DOES give you quiz questions. And a lousy explanation about the answers. So that’s something. But man. Imagine if ACEP spent a few bucks to hire a UI developer.
