Broken and clumsy
We had HHC for mobile, and that did a great job what it was limited to doing. This one has maps which seem nice, but the addresses do not click and open Apple Maps, the map tool is currently broken, the locations on the map are just off of the town not the address, and many other issues. I have submitted feedback to act, and things have gotten worse. I would love to talk with a developer to help fix this app.

Faster and much improved
Love this compared to the ACT! Companion. Map feature is great but I have two recommendations — once you have your search area, you should be able to convert those results into a list that you can scroll through. It’s great to see visually at first but with multiple contacts at single or nearby locations, you end up doing a lot of “guess and check” to see who is who. I would much rather find my area, then quickly scroll through to get a sense of the companies/contacts I could visit.
