Great Stones, Useless App

Very simple. The engineering for the stones is great. Innovative andEffective. However this app cant even send the 2 step verification to my email. So it inaccessible. I paid 800 for stones that have a worthless app. They work without the app, so no harm no foul, just sours the experience a little.

Verification code not working

I love these stones. I ordered them, they shipped promptly and I am happy with the purchase. However, this app for the stones doesn’t work. 4 digit verification code to set up account never arrives. Only recourse is to email them. Waited 7 days. No response. Emailed them again. Still waiting on response. It’s frustrating.

Hear me out…

I backed this company in 2020 on Kickstarter as one of their super early bird supporters. 3 years later I did finally receive the product (I honestly never thought I would). However, I actually love it and I am using it in my massage practice. I would like my second set of stones though, as I purchased the pro model and I need them as a professional, but I will hopefully receive those. I hope to see more capabilities coming to the app soon as well.

Do not trust this company

They do not care about their customers, and they are full of lies and excuses. They cannot be trusted.
