About Xelerate Performance

Our mission is to xelerate the performance for all athletes through 3 main principles. 1) Exercise Inventory, 2) Program Design, and 3) Community:

1) Exercise Inventory: The primary issue I hear from athletes as a strength coach is, "I want to go to the gym but, I just don't know what to do" or "I do the same workouts every week." The primary objective of the exercise inventory is to provide a database of a wide variety of exercises to educate the athlete.

2) Program Design: This feature has two different aspects that pertains to: Be Your Own Strength Coach and Follow Our Program Design. The first, allows you to select exercises from our exercise inventory to create your own workouts. The second, provides you the ability to follow one of our approved strength coaches program designs.

3) Community: The goal of this feature is to be able to share your work in the weight room or gym with your friends! Additionally, you can communicate with our approved strength coaches and choose to work one on one with them. When you choose to work with a strength coach they can specify your program for you and you can access that right on your own profile!

Through these three prongs we want to Xelerate the performance of every athlete every day!
