Titan is king
We (Pickleball Citi) waited eight weeks to get our machine and it had delivered in every way. Love the app, love the ease of use as well. 2 thumbs up all around.

Machine works well but app and support somewhat disappointing
The machine works really well. And I love using it. Got it a few months ago and use about 3x per week. Unfortunately the app is not that great and it e promises for an update are empty promises so far. Also, the library of drills, which has a lot of potential, has also been mostly just stuck on the few drills added long ago. Hope Titan ups their game so I can change my review and recommend them.
