This is probably one of my better investments this year, I’ve already made a few toys to learn how things work, and I’ve made some helpful gadgets for my home and I’ve replaced some missing parts on some things around the farm, seriously, your limitations seem to be up to your expectations.

Painfully hard to use
This app is incredibly frustrating to use. The UI is confusing, basic tasks are buried or unclear, and nothing feels intuitive. Simple actions like connecting a printer, sending a file, or understanding what state the printer is in take way more effort than they should. The app feels half-finished and clearly not designed with real users in mind—especially beginners. Error messages are vague (when they exist at all), workflows are inconsistent, and it’s never obvious what the app expects you to do next. For a company selling beginner-friendly hardware, this software does the exact opposite. I shouldn’t need YouTube tutorials, Reddit threads, and trial-and-error just to get a basic print started. Until usability, clarity, and reliability are massively improved, this app actively makes the 3D printing experience worse instead of better.

Requires login but won’t actually log in. Can’t remote monitor either of my printers now.

Login is broken.
I entered my password on the login screen, and apparently this app thinks it's its job to do some sort of password requirements verification, during sign in, for the password I've already set on my account. When I try to login, it just pops up a message about how the password needs to be 6-100 characters, numbers and letters. Which it is. Guess I can't use this app, and I have to use the other one that won't even let me check the status of a print without reminding me I should pay Creality more money for a subscription. And guess I should seriously consider returning my K2 Pro and going with Bambu instead. They may be locked down, but at least they seem to respect their customers.
