The Studio Sauna

The Studio app allows customers to reserve classes and purchase credits and membership contracts seamlessly. The Studio is Dunedin's premier sauna and cold plunge experience. Use the app to schedule class times and secure your space in our open studio times. Join us for facilitator-led contrast therapy classes paired with breathwork, meditation, and community, or come for our open studio times and use the sauna and ice baths at your leisure.
