I am an ophthalmologist and use Cosign daily in my practice to help write notes, generate patient instructions, and draft letters to referring doctors. It is easy to customize the note templates to ensure that all information required by medicare is documented for surgery reimbursement. I usually take a minute or so to dictate my exam and plan at the end of an encounter, and the note is generated in seconds. I love that I can then generate specific patient instructions and letters to referring doctors based on the exam findings and assessment/plan. The Cosign team is very responsive to feedback and has been extremely helpful in terms of fully customizing my templates and ensuring the app is updated to meet my needs.
