Investor Risk Reduction Access (IRRA) platform is provided by the exchanges to Brokers clients. This is a facility for investors with an objective to provide an exit route in the event Trading Member through whom they are dealing is unable to continue his normal business from this primary (PR) as well as the disaster recovery (DR) sites.
