Terrible customer service
I have been trying to 6 weeks to get access to my account, but forgot my password. No automatic emails were sent to my account so I emailed customer service for help; after a long delay and several back and forth emails, I was told the issue was resolved. It was not and no one from customer service will respond now. Terrible app and terrible assistance. Forget using this.

Poor App
Terrible app for students. Always forces you to re-verify your student status, that is, if it lets you. If it doesn’t let you, you just have to accept using a general account. Horrible.
