Best yoga app I’ve ever seen
Amazing 15 minute yoga sessions right on the app I just bring it right into the gym with headphones and do the workouts there. So many different courses to choose from, they even come in sport specific courses. The instructor is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the poses while performing them. The 15 minute structure now makes it possible to do yoga more consistently, I might even start doing it more than once a day.

I’ve been a yoga 15 member since January 2021. Abi’s videos are easy to follow and build skills in a methodical way, starting with basic poses and increasing in complexity. The courses are well constructed and target either specific areas or provide a great variety of content. This has been my go to app to keep me centered all year long! The app has made it really easy to track, favorite, and share to Strava. Brava!
