Can you fix the game?

It won’t let me play the levels and remove the other children and make the wife and husband become married in level 1

Plz fix game (baby care)

I love the game but when I get to baby care it won’t let me play, I completed all the levels it said to, played through the whole first part and then when it’s time to go to the next level which is baby care it won’t let me! That’s my favorite part so it’s kind of annoying. Please finish it or fix it, please! Also the relaxation part doesn’t work either, can’t complete any of those levels.
