I have utilized this application since 2020 during Covic. I have enjoyed using this Platform and it has made my recreation schedule easy to maintain. The system is easy to use and very effect. Including adding it to my calendar. I am very pleased and satisfied with using this application.

Silver Sneakers classes
Classes are a great way to get/keep in shape and can be done standing or from a chair. Finding exercises are not only helping physically, but have improved sleep and overall health. Easy to schedule or cancel if a conflict occurs. Great trainers and pleasant staff.
