Too glitchy for the price
This app is fairly glitchy. I’ll complete a workout set and then it’ll uncheck randomly. Sometimes it is unclear what the rep range actually is. One exercise says “one dumbbell” but the video shows two. The rest timer does not work well and will randomly restart There also seems no way to log cardio in the app and no one responds in the community chat From what I can tell, I like the workout programming itself, but the app leaves a lot to be desired especially if you’re paying $20+ a month for it.
