App looks great but don't order using it
Store will neglect in-app orders for pickup and will prioritize making in-store drinks. Had to wait 55 mins for my order, and all other pick-ups who were waiting with me for their drink waited over an hour. It's ridiculous. Sad, because the actual UI of the app is quite sophisticated and beautifully made, but for practicality, not good if stores don't use it. (Store in question is the Irvine, CA main st one)
