Awful app

Not sure why the app was updated but it’s awful now. Doesn’t provide anything answers than ai slop.

What happened to remote reset?

This app started with remote reset and the new update happens and it said coming soon and now it’s completely gone. What is the point of the app anyways without it? I have been waiting for months and if sparklight doesn’t fix this on the app soon I am changing providers. This is dumb when every other provider has this feature! What am I paying so much for? Ugh!!

Auto pay

How about fixing the deactivate button for auto pay? It’s impossible to turn off

No service option

No availability for service. Cannot view prices for upgrade options. I have to call and since sparklight bought up other companies, the wait time is asinine. Sad that the customer service wait time and ability to upgrade online went from good to trash overnight.

Need service option

I can’t do anything without the service option. Literally been months.
