Great stretching app for beginners
I saw an ad for this and first hesitant to try it out since I’m usually lazy and can’t stick to workouts. I did the Neck routine which was just a few minutes and after I felt better. Next day I already forgot I had to stretch again but I’ve got a notification for my class. I decided to do it again even though I have had a tough day. That way nine days ago and I’m still going. I’ve never sticked to a daily routine as I did with this app. The best part is you start free and can test it out with a fee routines they give you to try. Highly recommended if you have body pain or want to release stress from work.

Amazing app!!! This is what I needed!
This is exactly the app I was looking for. It helped me get in shape and feel more relaxed and comfortable with my body. My back pain improved considerably. I highly recommend!
