The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.

App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.

Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.

The best teacher. Period.

This app is such a sweet pocket guru. Having Bree’s expertise anytime and anywhere, has been game-changing. My mornings start with her short and sweet meditations or if I need a quick reset during the day, I listen to her Nervous System Reset, and I truly feel refreshed. You can tell she cares wholly for her clients and their success with her nutrition, meditation, breath work, and yogic expertise. She’s awesome - her voice (bc let’s be honest, some voices are just not right for this craft) is magical and absolutely lovely, SENDING me into the moment. In a world of a booming, Ayurvedic-leaning, wellness industry, Bree is the best teacher I have ever had. She has helped me change more negative thought patterns into more loving self-talk. She has helped me create a more peaceful body and mind to live in. Through all of life’s chaos, she has taught me resilience in calmness and protecting my peace. I highly recommend downloading and completing some of her offered programs… nobody regrets taking a step toward their higher self.

Approachable reset for lasting impact

My husband and I did Bree’s 2 week reset through the app this spring and it was a game changer. Bree has expertly combined nutrition/meal plans, with toxin reduction and lifestyle improvements, plus movement and meditation, all in super doable incremental improvements designed for long term improvements and it works! The meal plan accommodated my gluten free dairy free dietary needs and allowed me to plan and track meals I actually enjoyed. The meditations were bite sized and realistic to incorporate with a busy schedule - like a walking meditation I could do on my way home from work. I thought I had done a lot around toxin reduction but her guide helped me hit the next level. She is approachable and so is her offering. You can tell she practices this stuff day in and day out and that it’s her passion. Totally recommend to anyone looking to uplevel their health and lives!

Life and Game Changing

There are a lot of people out there who "teach" yoga and wellness. Breeona LIVES it. She has a gift that so few possess. In a conversation or a video call she can gauge not only the path that makes the most sense, but how to get on to that path, and how to make the incremental steps forward that lead to breakthroughs in your mental and physical strength and health. I have known Breeona for three years, and joined the App in January. My family and friends remark often about the positive change it has brought to me. My only regret is that I did not embark on this journey sooner.
