US excluded
US is specifically called out as not being supported. The app should have been excluded from the US App Store. Your developers do have access to turn this off and not have your app visible to US users. I would suggest that you do, or the horrible reviews are just gonna keep piling in as people won’t understand. While I understand that a one star review from me may seem a little unfair, considering I can’t actually use the app… but I see this as a violation of the Apple Human Interface Guidelines. It should’ve never been here in the first place.
