About Middlesex County RIDE
We’re a ridesharing service that’s safe, easy, affordable, and reliable.
With just a few taps, you can book a ride and you’ll be paired with other people headed your way.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Book a ride by setting your pick-up and drop-off addresses and indicating if you’re riding with additional passengers.
- When you book your trip, you will receive the estimated time the vehicle will arrive and the nearby block where you should meet your driver. The driver's estimated arrival time will automatically update as the vehicle makes its way to meet you.
- When your driver arrives, please promptly board the RIDE On Demand branded vehicle.
- There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way. You can track your ride and share your status in real time from the app.
SHARING YOUR TRIP:
Our corner-to-corner algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of public transit.

App malfunctioning
Every time I open this app, I can’t get a ride and it tells me to try again. It’s very frustrating that this is something that I depend on for every day travel and it doesn’t work most of the time.

Why am I waiting an hour for a ride that’s tells be it’s coming in 20 minutes. It doesn’t take into account that it had to pick up other people and drop them off. It will pick up people and drop them off before they drop me off even thought i got there first. I will wait an hour for the ride and then another half hour to get to my designation. Hire more drivers!!! Fix your app!!

Inconsistency
Rides dont even work half the time, literally. Idk if its because of the poor service itself or shortage on drivers, nonetheless i even tried to apply for them and they rejected me even tho i do on demand deliveries for amazon? Makes no sense. Perfectly qualified they need better management for sure!
