Several of my animal files are missing. I contacted the vet and they don’t understand why. I sent several messages through the app to the developer with no response. How am I supposed to schedule appointments or order meds if the animal is not even listed?

Decent, needs improvement
This app is pretty okay. It works well to get pet info at a glance, request med refills, and schedule appointments. The one thing that I really dislike is phone number to text my clinic is different than the primary vet clinic phone number. It makes it really confusing and my phone tries to block messages from my vet all the time because it’s an unknown number that I haven’t contacted in over 30 days.
