Fantastic support - Software needs improvement
I’m hesitant to even leave a review less than 5 stars with how amazing the support and team behind this product has been. Between listening to questions and issues with the device since launch (which is naturally going to happen, to staying in touch on issues and even getting me a new device when mine was lost due to not sticking to my watch). The support and team has been next level and refreshing in today’s world of humanness interaction and support. That said, it is still very buggy and can’t seem to keep connection or consistent tracking. Concept and team behind the product is top notch, but it needs some improvement - Which they seem to be well aware of and open to criticism to make the product better. Really all you can ask for with a newly launched, one-of-a-kind profit like this.
