Updates are meant to be better! Right?

Get the update 2.1.whatever update now the app doesn’t even open at all! Wow crazy!

New update is an annoyance!!!

I updated the app earlier this week (November 2025). It now pops up a community page first rather than the battery info which I find extremely irritating!!! I’ve already purchased my entire set up and some want to be a part of a bulletin board. I want info on my batteries without the extra added hassle. Whoever thought up this idea needs to be fired! I’ll never buy from your company again after this. This is just an attempt to get me to buy more products at the expense of the ease of use of the app. Shame on you!

Great batteries and components.

I’m a commercial fisherman and have seen so many different brands of electrical components and I have to say that LITIME definitely makes a quality product. Seems to be very dependable and well built. Plus they have great customer service. I initially ordered the wrong battery and through their customer service department this issue was resolved very quickly. Battery great but app is terrible

First of all, I use my battery off the grid but an internet connection is required to log in and check my battery status. This leaves me completely in the dark when it is most critical to know my battery life. Second, the app will not load at all on my iPad. You should be able to monitor battery life from any Bluetooth capable device with or without internet access.

What’s with (new update) NOW this app OPENS in advertisement section.

Now when I open the app. It lands in the discovery mode “trying” to sell me things. This is annoying. We shouldn’t have to click over to our “device” list to begin. The app works. But they NEED to STOP advertising within it. I received a “notification” today stating that I should take advantage of Black Friday deals, I set up notifications in LiTime to get important “notifications” regarding my actual devices “batteries” not commercials. Please, when I open the app just open to my devices! I’ll click on “discovery” if I need to discover. Without your “pushing add’s”your app would’ve scored 4-stars (because we should NOT have to be logged in for Bluetooth (and location). You’d be a 5-star at that point. Possibly offer a (one-time) “PAY” version that doesn’t need you to “make an account for you to monitor location” either way; for your product QUALITY 5-Star. For your PRICE POINT/VALUE 5-star. I will continue to buy & recommend your products. I just don’t like the adds that your app opens to when I’m trying to just get a quick check on my batteries.
