American numbers don’t work
Been trying to download the app for a few minutes. Finally succeeded only for it to claim it doesn’t support my American number. Waste of time and pointless for transport if not all numbers work.

Terrible experience trying to position the bike within the parking zone
I was trying for 10 minutes to end my ride. First it has me in the wrong parking location by a mere 2 meters and was still not ending the ride. I had to get on the bike and go around the block and try again several times. The experience overall was pretty bad. Also why is this not more like Uber that allows you to park almost anywhere outside of certain zones.
