Buggy App
I really wanted to write an awesome review. I like tech and this product is in line with that ethos. Tankless water heater is great. The app however is very bad. It keeps disconnecting from the app. The water heater also goes offline a lot. Not related signal because it literally sits 2 feet from the router. Also, the measured gallons and power consumption data on the app are not even close to accurate. If you want a good heater then you’ll get one. But if you want a good app and smart features you will be frustrated.

Awesome Tank
Tank works well. App issues include inaccurate water flow and electrical usage. What’s with the constant app sign out? Constant 502 and 504 bad gateway issues as well. Very annoying.
