-Subscription term: 1 week (continuous weekly product).
- Subscription Price: $29.9/week for a weekly subscription.
- Payment: Payment will be credited to your iTunes account after you confirm your purchase and make payment.
- You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal through your account settings.
- CANCEL RENEWAL: To cancel your subscription, open "Settings" on your Apple iOS device → "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases" → 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, click on "Subscriptions." → select HeatShort and click on "Subscribe." → select HeatShort and select HeatShort. → Select HeatShort and cancel the subscription. If the auto-renewal feature is not canceled at least 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed, minus payment.
- Renewal: The member's own recharge account or Apple iTunes account will be charged within 24 hours of expiration. Upon successful deduction, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period.

HEAT App Took My Money & Gave Me Nothing in Return
“So, let’s talk about the HEAT app—because I feel like I just got straight-up robbed. And not in a ‘bad customer service’ kind of way, but in a ‘they took my money and gave me absolutely nothing’ kind of way. I signed up, got charged, and then… nothing. No access. No service. Just a charge on my account for something I literally can’t use. And when I tried to fix it? Crickets. No real support, no resolution, just me sitting here, out of my money, staring at an app that won’t even let me in. At this point, it’s not just bad business—it’s predatory. You can’t take people’s money and then not provide the service they paid for. That’s not a glitch; that’s theft. If this is how HEAT operates, I highly recommend you save your money and put it toward an app that actually delivers what it promises. Because right now, this one? It’s a scam in disguise.”

Subscription fails
I paid for a week subscription and it won’t allow me to watch anything or show that I have a subscription. I tried upgrading to the monthly and still the same thing.

Subscription issues
I paid for the weekly subscription. It shows that it was taken out of my account. It shows that the subscription is active. It shows when the subscription is due to be renewed, but when I go to the app, it keeps telling me that I haven’t paid for the subscription I’ve tried to contact the developer through the feedback. Ain’t got no response.
