Delighted with this new cab option in Pune
Three main reasons why I’ve switched to GrEl after only my 1st ride today: 1- They promise their drivers will never cancel on you, or else they pay out of their own pocket. Take notice, Ola and Uber — I’ve lost count of how often your drivers have stood me up. 2- Their fleet is all electric. When I have to get a cab from now on, I can proudly support the environment. 3- They actually make it easy to contact Customer Care instead of making you go round and round trying to find a way to reach them.l Aside from a pleasant ride, the cab interior was quite attractive and spotlessly clean. I couldn’t be happier with my new ‘find’.
