Love the platform, the app needs some tweaks
Love the aesthetics of the design. Love the ability to make my own playlists. Love the ability to download individual tracks. Don’t love that I can’t pause from my headphones (and I’ve tried several different ones - couldn’t pause from any of them). Don’t love that I can’t see a list of my bookmarks, you can’t even see which tracks contain bookmarks. The only way to find my bookmarks is to open each track individually and look for them. There are some stability issues while switching tracks (which is especially annoying while searching for bookmarks). And I find the social network aspect (being able to see track likes and comments) a bit odd. When I sign up for a social network, I lock my stuff down so random strangers on the internet aren’t privy to my personal life, so I’m not thrilled about that……

Needs bookmark functionality
Love the idea of this audiobook platform and enjoyed the “Rabbit Hole” version of the first book released. It’s fun to listen to a book and dive deeper into interviews and conversations with the creative minds and performers involved in the story. I found the app itself challenging to navigate, especially without bookmarks. I lost my place a few times (possibly due to user error and my own fat fingering). As an audio and ebook reader who reads multiple books on multiple platforms, I use bookmarks to keep my place in a book, refer back to favorite passages, or flag sections to discuss with friends.
