About Sage - AI Recipes & Lists
Sage is your personal cooking companion. Ask it things like:
- "I've got half a jar of canned tomatoes and some leftover chorizo, what can I make?" (Answer: Spanish rice)
- "I want to make breakfast sandwiches so I need to make biscuits. But only like, two biscuits." (Answer: scaled-down quick biscuit recipe)
- "My kids say they don't like my pancakes. How can I amp them up?" (Answer: use ricotta cheese)
- "I think I overfilled my apple pie. Is this a problem or will they cook down?" (Answer: not a problem)
These are all real things we asked Sage, and the answers did not disappoint. Talking to Sage is just like talking to a human, but unlike humans and chat bots, Sage can respond with actual recipes, with recipe-book illustrations and everything. Here's what you can do with recipes:
- Save them to recipe books to find easily later ("Family Favorites", "Chinese Cuisine")
- Add ingredients to Sage's shopping lists with one click
- Turn on "cook mode" and check off ingredients as you cook
- Share recipe books and shopping lists with friends & family
Sage manages your shopping lists and automatically categorizes them intelligently ("Baking Goods", "Meat", "Produce").
