HQ GYM CONNECT is a community of like minded people who want help each other stay healthy in body and in mind. We offer a number of different services to our community. Everything from personal training, small group personal training, training plans, nutritional plans, online accountability, and in person accountability. Our team also specialise in women`s health, we have dedicated team assigned to this alone, our pre and post natal experts is headed up by our in house personal trainer and nurse with a vast amount of experience you can be rest assured you are in good hands here at HQ CONNECT.
